Bangpakong Riverside Country Club

Bangpakong Riverside Country Club is around 45 minutes from Bangkok CBD. When I played there, I was very impressed with their service as soon as I arrived at the Bag Drop area. The clubhouse is huge, as are most in Thailand however this seemed to be one of the bigger ones. The facilities in the clubhouse are fantastic with great locker rooms, showers and restaurant.

Onto the golf course, I found in my opinion to be well maintained with some pretty nice holes that offer various challenges to the amateur golfer. The fairways are quite wide, therefore very forgiving if you stray offline occasionally. The greens are big but can be extremely tricky to read so having an experienced caddie to guide you would be a plus.

In conclusion Bangpakong Riverside Country Club is a very nice course at an affordable price. Only 25 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport and a good option to play on your way down to Pattaya.
